In the ever-changing field of intelligent science and technology, dimming diaphragm technology is evolving at an unprecedented speed. In the exploration of intelligent dimming technology, the high-performance EC (electrochromic) device independently developed by Zhongke Electric Ink not only has excellent thermal insulation performance, but also can achieve continuous dimming while maintaining low haze. The application of this technology in the field of intelligent electric vehicles brings a more comfortable and convenient driving experience for drivers.
In the intelligent dimming car film, most of the existing car film performs well in ultraviolet isolation, but to achieve a high total heat insulation rate, it is usually necessary to sacrifice the transmittance of visible light. Therefore, it is difficult for an ordinary vehicle film to achieve high light transmittance and high heat insulation rate at the same time. The energy of solar radiation is mainly distributed in the visible and infrared regions, with the former accounting for 50% of the total solar radiation and the latter accounting for 43%. The ultraviolet region accounts for only 7% of the energy. The EC device of Zhongke Electric Ink can block 97% of infrared rays and 99% of ultraviolet rays in solar radiation, and the light transmittance is 1% in the colored state.
